Shipping options

We currently only offer standard shipping which can take anything from 2 - 5 days depending on where you live in South Africa.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery depends on the amount of products ordered as well as the location of your delivery address with major cities usually being slightly cheaper than more rural areas in South Africa. The exact cost will be calculated at check out prior of you making any payment to us. 

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

Not at the moment.

Can I place an order for delivery in South Africa even if I am not in South Africa?

Absolutely. As long as the recipient is in South Africa that is not problem

What happens if there is no one home when a courier delivery is attempted?

Our courier will let you know of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and arrange a new, more convenient time with you via phone or email.

Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?

No you don't have to receive it personally, however the person receiving the delivery for you will have to sign for it and with that takes over responsibility for it.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number which enables you to track the progress of your delivery.
