Unfortunately orders that have been completed and paid for cannot be cancelled any more. You will have to follow our returns process.
Our system will not allow you to order an item that is out of stock. We will of course do our best to ensure we are always fully stocked for you.

We currently only offer standard shipping which can take anything from 2 - 5 days depending on where you live in South Africa.
The cost of delivery depends on the amount of products ordered as well as the location of your delivery address with major cities usually being slightly cheaper than more rural areas in South Africa.

Our courier will let you know of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and arrange a new, more convenient time with you via phone or email.
No you don't have to receive it personally, however the person receiving the delivery for you will have to sign for it and with that takes over responsibility for it.
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number which enables you to track the progress of your delivery.

You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging and that are sealed. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to get the item back, we usually turn a blind eye to it.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days after receiving the product in above stated condition. The refund may take 7 - 10 workings days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
