Not all our ingredients are certified organic but where possible they are and if not they are at least natural or as close to that as possible.
Only our softgels are not suitable for vegans at this point. We are working on a solution for this.
Yes all of our products on our website are manufactured in facilities that follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice).

Order process
You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid email address and the ability to make payment via one of our payment methods offered.
You then follow the below steps:
1. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Once you put all the products you want into your cart click check out.
3. On the check out screen enter all information that is required for shipping, billing and payment.
4. Double check all your entered information and click process.
6. You will then receive an email confirming your order.
7. Once your order has been processed your will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
No, unfortunately not. You must complete the order and make a payment before any items are allocated to you for shipping.
Unfortunately not. Changes can only be made to an order before it has been paid for.
Unfortunately orders that have been completed and paid for cannot be cancelled any more. You will have to follow our returns process.
Our system will not allow you to order an item that is out of stock. We will of course do our best to ensure we are always fully stocked for you.

Your personal and card details are safe with us. We will never share your personal details with any 3rd party. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our site and you can view our payment gateway's security & fraud protocol here
3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to further secure CNP (Card-holder Not Present) transactions over the Internet.
3D Secure protects a buyer's credit card against unauthorised use when shopping online. This simple service enables buyers to validate transactions you make over the internet by requesting a personal code (usually sent to your cell phone or email address as a one time PIN). It helps protect against fraudulent use by unauthorised individuals.
shipping&delivery
We currently only offer standard shipping which can take anything from 2 - 5 days depending on where you live in South Africa.
The cost of delivery depends on the amount of products ordered as well as the location of your delivery address with major cities usually being slightly cheaper than more rural areas in South Africa.

Absolutely. As long as the recipient is in South Africa that is not problem.
Our courier will let you know of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and arrange a new, more convenient time with you via phone or email.
No you don't have to receive it personally, however the person receiving the delivery for you will have to sign for it and with that takes over responsibility for it.
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number which enables you to track the progress of your delivery.
returns & exchanges
Please contact us immediately on elevate@cheebaafrica.com to report any damaged or broken items in your delivery stating the oder number in your subject line
Please contact us immediately on elevate@cheebaafrica.com to report any missing items in your delivery stating the order number in your subject line. We can then check with our picking and packing team if the item was missed in the process of getting your parcel ready.
You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging and that are sealed. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to get the item back, we usually turn a blind eye to it.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days after receiving the product in above stated condition. The refund may take 7 - 10 workings days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
